Tom Glavin
Team Member Since 1974
Tom has served in many roles during his time at Glavin, everything from Locksmith Technician to President. Recently Tom has developed basic and advanced locksmith training for Operating Engineers and Maintenance personnel in large buildings and facilities. The workbook guide for this introductory course is used in the locksmith training programs for both the International Union of Operating Engineers (IUOE) Local 399 and the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Local 1.

Tom and Pat’s first day in business together was Pat’s 20th birthday. Like many small business owners Pat wears many hats. She currently oversees Finance, Accounting, Administration, Facilities Management, and HR. Pat considers the team as a part of her family and what gives her the greatest sense of accomplishment is that Glavin has many team members who have worked in the company for over 30 years.
Kelvin Long
Team Member Since 1988
Kelvin started at Glavin when he was 16, he would come to our store on State Street and clean when his school day was over at Quigly High School. His organizational skills, communication skills and grit have allowed him to flourish in almost every role at Glavin. Now he is responsible for the people, processes, and profits of Glavin on a day-to-day business. Kelvin is also a guest speaker for the Chief Engineers course at IUOE Local 399.

Jason is Glavin’s lead technician, estimator, and project manager. His expertise covers door hardware, access control, and camera systems. He is the main reason for Glavin’s reputation as the Mayo Clinic of locksmith companies. People call Jason when no one else can figure out the problem/solution. In addition, Jason is an instructor of Electronic Access Control at both the IUOE Local 399 and SEIU Local 1.

Al has been in the industry for almost 50 years. The depth and breadth of his knowledge regarding security hardware and electronic access control systems is immense. Al’s responsibilities at Glavin encompass customer solutions for larger accounts and larger projects. His extensive experience, leadership skills and sense of humor allow him to facilitate complex projects with empathy, assurance, and efficiency. Al makes it look easy!
